Celebrate all things gardening at this family friendly plant sale and educational opportunity. We will have flower seedings, potted iris plants, floral and wood crafts available. We’re also happy to answer any flower questions you may have.

This year we’re offering Belgian-style bouquets inspired by our trip to Europe for Mom. Mix and match three (3) bundles of flowers, we’ll add greenery and wrap it up into a beautiful gift for Mom. Stop by the farm early to get the best selection.

We’re celebrating the arrival of Spring on Friday and Saturday, March 20 – 21, 2026

Graystem Farm is on a mission to fill the world with flowers, starting with a few thousand daffodils; and we add more each year. If you love these sunny spring blooms as much as we do, this is your chance to pick a bunch in the colors you love best. Easter eggs will also be scattered throughout the flower field for children under 5.

The end of May is peak lavender bloom when the field smells intoxicating after a warm summer day and the golden hour before the sun goes down is the perfect opportunity for professional photography! 15 minute photo sessions will be available at this couples inspired pick your own event.

Celebrate the spirit of the season by creating a stunning centerpiece. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to design a lush, seasonal arrangement using autumnal blooms, textural foliage, and natural elements that reflect the warmth and abundance of the harvest.

Wine & Design  Saturday, May 2, 2026 – Learn the essentials of floral design as we enjoy light refreshments accompanied by your favorite red or white. This is a hands-on workshop where each participant will create a unique personal arrangement to take home.

Lavender Wreath – Sunday, June 7, 2026 – Come learn all the benefits of lavender as your craft a fresh lavender wreath to take home and dry.

Eco-Printing – Friday, August 21, 2026 – Get ready for an energetic hands-on workshop where you make a one of kind tote bag or silk scarf embellished using fresh flowers.

Crowning Glory – date to be determined – Learn to make your own flower crown using a variety of fresh and dried flowers.

Forever Flowers  Thursday, September 17, 2025 – Have you ever wanted to dry flowers or create beautiful dried flower wreaths, but don’t quite know where to begin? In this workshop we’ll walk you through the flower field selecting, harvesting, and exploring different methods of drying and storing flowers that will hold their color and shape for a variety of floral crafts.
